Hello WordPress World! 🙂 this is Jorge from the WPSupport Team, I know that this is an informal way of starting a post but I want to make this as friendly as possible, I mean we’re all friends and we want you to feel safe and secure when contacting or speaking with us, after all we’re here to help you with your WordPress support needs.
As you may have seen, we’re currently in beta, so this means that we’re improving the way that you interact with us and our tools (your account dashboard) and support responses can take up to 12 hours, once we’re out of beta we will be improving our response time, that’s the first goal in our roadmap.
Speaking of roadmap
We’re working on a couple of things that will improve your experience with us over time, right now we have the following in our roadmap:
- Improve “My Account” page
- Translate site to Spanish (We have friends in Spanish speaking countries too 🙂 )
- Improve response time from 12 to 8 hours (phase 1)
- Display tickets and create tickets directly from your account dashboard
- Display uptime status on “My Account” page
- White Label Customer Support (Stay tuned for this one 😎 )
Of course, with your feedback this list could be bigger, which we hope to see, that’s why there is a small box in the bottom right corner of the WordPress Support Plans page so you can send us a message about what features you would you like to see.
How subscriptions work?
You can subscribe multiple times, you can add one domain for each subscription, and associate up to 3 emails addresses with your account, so when we receive a support request from those emails, we will know that is a valid account and proceed to fix any issues.
You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will receive an email 6 days before processing the subscription renewal automatically, so you can decide if you wish stay with us (which we hope you do, so you can see how much we improve our service).
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, which means that if you don’t like our service you just need to cancel your subscription and contact us requesting a refund, our head of support will discuss your refund request and assist you further.
