The following document outlines the terms of use of the WPSupport Team website. You can also review our Privacy Policy, which outlines our practices towards handling any personal information that you may provide to us.

Before using any of the WPSupport Team services, you are required to read, understand and agree to these terms. You may only create an account after reading and accepting these terms. THE LEGAL AGREEMENTS SET OUT BELOW GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE WPSUPPORT TEAM HOSTING AND SUPPORT SERVICES (“SERVICES”). BY USING THE WPSUPPORT TEAM SERVICES YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS, AS SUCH MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME AT WPSUPPORT TEAM’S ABSOLUTE DISCRETION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SERVICES.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The web pages available at wpcurve.com and all linked pages (“Site”), are owned and operated by Jorge Alberto Díaz. (“WPSupport Team”) and is accessed by you under the Terms of Use described below (“Terms of Service”). The Terms of Service also include our Privacy Policy.
We would like to maintain our relationship with you as transparent and friendly as possible, but please, read the Terms Of Service before you start using our service, because by using any of our services you agree and abide to be bound by any of the following terms. If you disagree to any of these terms you may leave the site, but please, let us know at [email protected]. We’ll be happy to hear your comments and/or suggestions.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The Site is an online service that offers chat and email support to operators of websites running installations of WordPress. Services include, but are not limited to, any service and/or content WPSupport Team makes available through the services, as well as the offering of any materials displayed, transmitted or performed on the Site or through the Services.

Your access to and use of the Site may be interrupted from time to time as a result of equipment malfunction, updating, maintenance or repair of the Site or any other reason within or outside the control of WPSupport Team. WPSupport Team reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the availability of the Site and/or any Service and/or remove any Content at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

REGISTRATION

As a condition to using Services, you are required to open an account with WPSupport Team and select a password and username, and to provide registration information. The registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your WPSupport Team account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trade mark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

Don’t reveal your Account information to anyone else. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account and for all activities that occur on or through your Account, and you agree to immediately notify WPSupport Team of any security breach of your Account.WPSupport Team shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are solely responsible for all activities resulting from the use of your password and conducted through your WPSupport Team account.

Services are available only to legal entities and to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

The term “you” or “your” as used herein shall at all times include the individual or legal entity which has subscribed to the WPSupport Team Services hereunder, including but not limited to any and all persons and/or legal entities with which it is affiliated and/or associated, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, independent and dependent contractors, licensees, successors and assigns.

PAYMENT

If you agree to pay the fee for WPSupport Team service, such fee will be charged by the company designated by WPSupport Team in accordance with the payment method you have chosen for your purchase. If you are paying by credit or debit card, by designating a card to be billed, you confirm that you are authorized to make such purchase and that you are the holder of such card (i.e. that the card is issued in your name). All prices stated on the WPSupport Team Site are inclusive of any applicable sales taxes and fees. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING WPSUPPORT TEAM WITH A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES.

Prices for the Services may change at any time at WPSupport Team’s sole and exclusive discretion. The Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

If you hire WPSupport Team on a freelance basis for jobs that are larger than 30 minutes in completion time, WPSupport Team will charge an hourly rate discussed with you prior to beginning the work. The payment terms for the completed work is 15 days from the invoicing date and is subject to late payment fees of $30 or 0.5%, whichever is highest, for every 15 days the invoice is overdue.

AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS

Your subscription to the WPSupport Team service will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless you terminate your subscription prior to the end of such subscription term. Such renewal will always be for a monthly subscription term unless you select the yearly option. At the time of renewal, the payment method you have designated to be charged for the purchase of the WPSupport Team service will automatically be charged with our then-current fees for the applicable subscription.

REFUNDS

We believe in the work and services that we provide 100% however, we understand that our services will not work for everyone in some cases.

If we can’t fix the reported issue and have given up, we will refund your payment 100%. If you decide to cancel before giving us the opportunity to diagnose, troubleshoot or you didn’t provide all the access requested in order to help you then we will refund 50% of the payment made since we incur in administrative costs once we assign an agent to work on your site.

If you are not 100% satisfied with our services on monthly subscriptions, within 120 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund your payment.

By completing the checkout process, you agree to the terms of service, privacy policy and refund policy on our site.
